The JR Race Car Promise
Value and service are important to the JR Race Car family. Our promise to our customers is to provide high quality parts and service to the junior dragster and racing industry.
The sales office is open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST) Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM to Noon on Friday. Orders received outside normal business hours will be filled the next business day. The sales office is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major US holidays.
Phone orders and online orders for air service (next day and second day) must be placed by 2:00 PM (MST) to be filled that day, subject to parts availability. Orders for ground service placed by 2:30PM (MST) will have every effort made to be shipped the same day, subject to parts availability.
Items on back-order are not charged for on original invoice. Back ordered items will be shipped when stock is available, or as arranged with the customer.
Customers are responsible for all currency exchange. The customer is responsible for all duties and import taxes for any merchandise shipped from JR Race Car. Please refer to the UPS International terms and conditions for more details on package handling, customs, and transit times.
All returns must be authorized and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of invoice date. All returned products must be in absolute new condition as they were received. Many products require alteration for installation and will not be authorized for return. When you request a return authorization, please have the invoice date and number available. Also include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be credited to the original tender or given as store credit.
Shipping / Freight Clams
All orders will be shipped via UPS. All orders are subject to packaging and handling. Where appropriate orders will have insurance for their replacement value, this will add to the shipping cost. This is for your benefit to cover lost or damaged merchandise.
All freight claims and shortages must be made within 10 days after delivery of goods. Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the package and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier. The customer must keep all damaged packaging for inspection. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible with the clams presses. JR Race Car cannot guarantee any settlement or reimbursement with the carrier.
Packages where delivery has been refused will be subject to the $25 return package charge. JR Race Car reserves the right to refuse return delivery and abandon the package.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The name on the bankcard, billing address, and CCV code for that card must be given at the time of the order. The information provided will be verified with the issuing bank. PayPal is accepted on our website, not over the phone. Wire transfer is accepted over the phone and is recommended for international customers. JR Race Car accepts checks for most orders and reserves the right to decline a check for any reason.
Any account having a returned check (for any reason) will be placed on Prepaid terms. The returned check must be redeemed by certified check, wire transfer or PayPal transfer immediately. All returned checks will be charged a minimum $35 fee. If legal action is required, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees. All future shipments will be prepaid terms only. Returned checks are grounds for any account to placed on permanent credit hold.

If you do not see an item listed in our catalog or on our website, please contact us. Our inventory is constantly updating and changing. Some of our existing products may have been accidentally omitted from our catalog or website.
Because our suppliers change prices, sometimes without notice, all prices and terms are subject to change without notice. We will work with customers on an individual basis for all pricing discrepancies.
All JR Race Car and JR PRO brand items are sold with no warranty. JR Race Car has no warranty on labor, labor services or per-assembled products. Please refer to brad specific websites for non-JR product warranty.
