Sale Office Hours:

Order lines are open from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST) Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM to Noon on Friday. Internet orders can be received 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Orders recieved outside normal bussiness hours will be filled the next bussiness day. Phone messages are taken after normal business hours and during holidays. Ordering:

Next day and second day orders made by 2:00 PM (MST) will be filled that day, subject to parts availability. Ground shipment orders placed by 2:30PM (MST) will have every effort made to be shipped the same day subject to parts availability.

 

Back Orders:

Items that are back ordered will be shipped to you with your next order or as instructed by you. When your back order is filled, we will contact you before we ship it.

 

Terms:

All products are shipped C.O.D., C.O.D. Certified Check, Certified check in advance or Bankcard. Pre-approval is necessary to accept company checks or personal checks.

 

Bankcards:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. The name on the bankcard, billing address, and CCV code for that card must be given at the time of the order. The information provided will be verified with the issuing bank. Incorrect information will result in a declined transaction and will therefore affect the shipment of your order.

 

Bad Checks:

Any account having a returned check (for any reason) will be placed on C.O.D. certified check or money order. To avoid legal action, the returned check must be redeemed by certified check immediately. All returned checks will be charged a minimum $35 fee. If legal action is required, the customer will be responsible for all legal fees. All future shipments will be C.O.D. certified check or money order only.

 

Returns:

All returns must be authorized and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted only within 30 days of invoice date. All returned products must be in absolute new condition as they were received. When you request permission to return a product, please have the invoice date and number available. Also include a copy of the invoice with the return shipment. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be credited to the original tender, or given as store credit.

 

Products:

If you do not see an item in this catalog or on our website, please ask us about it. Our inventory is constantly updated and we may have the new product already in stock. Some of our existing products may have been accidentally omitted from our catalog or website.

 

Prices:

Because our suppliers change prices, sometimes without notice, all prices and terms are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep the most current prices on our website.

 

Sale Merchandise:

All products sold on closeout specials are considered final and may not be returned for credit.

 

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped via UPS. All orders are subject to packaging and handling. There is a minimum additional charge of $11.00 for all C.O.D. orders. High dollar orders will have insurance added to the shipping charges. This is for your benefit to cover lost or damaged merchandise.

 

Freight Claims:

All freight claims and shortages must be made within 10 days after delivery of goods. Delivery of all merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the cartons and the merchandise in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage, file a claim immediately with the delivery carrier. Be sure that you keep all damaged cartons for inspection. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible, but we can not guarantee any settlement with the carrier.

 

Refused Shipments:

All orders refused without authorization will be charged a minimum fee of $25.00.

Engines:

Any engine that has been inspected and shows obvious signs of little to no oil will not be covered under warranty.
