BANDIMERE SIGNS JR RACE CAR AS WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS PRESENTING SPONSOR

Bandimere signs JR Race Car as Western Conference Finals presenting sponsor

As Bandimere Speedway prepares to celebrate its 50th Anniversary and JR Race Car its 16th, both companies are prepping for a banner year in 2008, and they have joined forces for the 2008 NHRA O’Reilly Auto Parts Jr. Drag Racing League Western Conference Finals. Bandimere Speedway announces the signing of JR Race Car of Greeley, Colo., as the presenting sponsor of the Western Conference Finals. JR Race Car continues to be a leader in Jr. Dragster engine, clutch, and chassis development and has designed and produced over 5,000 parts for the Jr. Dragster participant.

“We are pleased to increase our involvement with the premier Jr. Dragster event in the western United States, said Chris Barth, JR Race Car CEO. “Our hope is to add even more to the already successful event in Denver.”

“[JR Race Car] has been involved since the beginning with the very successful midway at the event, and with their enthusiasm the event will become even bigger than it is now,” added Bruce Kamada, event director. “JR Race Car and Bandimere Speedway both have a passion for Jr. Dragster racing, and together we look forward to a great event.”

Bandimere Speedway will kick off the week with a test and tune on Monday, July 21, and work its way to the Western Conference Finals, which begins on Thursday, July 24, and concludes with final eliminations on Saturday, July 26.
